Shipping policy

Free Delivery to anywhere in Mauritius for orders over Rs 3,000. A fee of Rs 250 is applicable of order below Rs 3,000.

After confirmation of payment, products are delivered within 48hrs. We try our best effort to ensure that products are delivered on time. Please note that some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as the weather or delay in bank transfers. For a prompt delivery, payment by Juice is more ideal.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and deliveries do not take place on Public Holidays.

In special cases such as a cyclone, there may be a delay in delivery as we’ll deliver products when it’s safe for all parties involved. Thus, the new delivery time slot may go beyond the committed 48 hours and Mini Me may not be held liable for any losses in these special circumstances.

As we outsource a third-party delivery service provider, it is your responsibility to be available or have someone else in attendance to receive the delivery. The buyer will have to bear the cost of delivery for failure to receive the products and Mini Me will not be held liable. If the buyer refuses to pay for the second attempt’s cost of delivery a refund of the products will only be made and not the initial delivery charges paid. Additionally, within the limits of the law, we are not to be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by the delivery service provider.
